OOC: Alex, Mieux is just in a shocked state, hearing fleeting rumors of troubles in Manhattan. He wanted to stay away, but he just can't let go of the past. He's not going to launch war on you, he's just very ehhhh, what's the word I'm looking for? Anxious and rambling, at the moment.
After drinking from his glass of wine, which was a strong bottle, he had calmed immensly. Mieux was now in his well known trait of lofty genius and indifference. "If that's your asking price, I must decline, I don't trust injections I don't make or test. Perhaps we strike a new deal, I work on re-establishing my power in Arcadia, and you stay the hell out of my way. This is between me and Alex. We may be in contact soon enough Mr. President."
It had been two hours since his radio contact with Sutler had ended, since then, Mieux was packing everything he brought with him, the colonel he brought with him was now helping too. "Are we ready to depart Mr. Mieux?" Mieux, sitting at the terminal on a small table, turned his head barely towards this door, his eyes on the terminal still, "Almost, I just need this to download and......THERE!" A slight beep came from the computer as Mieux withdrew a holotape from it, which, unbeknownst to the colonel, was where Mr. Utopia was temporarily. Instead of deleting all the data, Mieux instead transfered it all to the holotape, increasing what date he knew, data that would prove invaluable. "Alright, Let's go Colonel"
After about two to three more hours, the Vertibird, refueled by spare supplies Mieux brought along, had landed gently on the helipad of the Arcadia Military Base. He was sure his absence and the Vertibirds absence for over two-three weeks was likely well noted. He just hoped that Alex didn't want him dead. Taking a roll of the dice, he walked into the hotel, his suitcase of valuables handcuffed to his wrist. "Good to see you again Jack, listen, I need to speak to Mr. Scalatti." The man frowned, "Oh, well, I'm sorry sir, but, the boss isn't here right now. You'll have to wait for him to come back." Mieux sighe, "Oh very well then, I'll sit over here and await Alex's arrival." And so he did, sitting on a plush red armchair, dozing off until Alex had arrived.
