Oh for crying out loud, its the "CHEATS AND SPOILERS" forum lets not be vague. You can marry a Skal chick named Marwen/Morwen who lives in the Skal villiage if you do a partcular quest for her. She is the only marriage eligible person I know of in the new DLC.
But she's not exactly... Wife/partner material... :/
They should add divorce to this game.
