New Mobo help

Post » Wed Oct 12, 2011 9:15 am

I don't really know what to look for in a mobo, but I want to get a the new i5 2500k, which is an LGA 1155 socket. (I'm guessing I want a mobo with Turbo Boost Technology for the CPU)
I do want capability to run SLI or Crossfire. (currently have GTX 460) It looks like there are different speeds on motherboards when running SLI. (ex. PCI Express 2.0 x16 = 2 (x16, x4) or 2 (x16, x8))
I have 8g DDR3 1600 dual channel RAM (240 pin)
I also have an http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811517004

Even narrowing it down with that information there's still a lot to choose from. I want a good gaming PC, but I don't know how much going cheap will hurt the end product. Please help me pick a good motherboard out.
