I've been a very active fallout player (fallout 2, 3, and NV) and I wanted to try out some mods on my Xbox 360. As the title says, I'm kinda new to mods and have absolutley no idea how or where to get/use them. If anyone could suggest something to help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

If you're on Xbox, then you're going to remain new to mods. No New Vegas modding on the Xbox.

Not even modding SPECIAL? or skills? I've gotta friend who has mods on his FO3 character. He's got modded weapons, enemies, and even his skill are too...how is it not possible to mod FONV?

Acutally, what I meant was putting mods ON xbox. Not necessarily modding on the xbox.
