Could this explain the lag I've been constantly getting yesterday night? xD
That's another 5% boost from last Nvidia driver, woohoo! :)

My PowerDvd was crashing yesterday playing Star Wars Bluy Ray(i used ArcSoft instead), anyways these drivers(long in the making) seem to have fixed this problem.
Also you could gain another 3-5% performance boost by tweaking your 'game.cfg' file.
Only the most important performance booster (r_PostMSAA = 0) needs to be set using the console in-game.

Must I add this command on each round I start? :0
I'ma check out this game.cfg file for the tweakage, can you tell me what I need to put in for the boost
or is it an individual improvement?

you can open the console with this key `

------

Fist off in the advanced graphics i'd advise objects @ ultra (there is quite a difference with this and extreme, especially noticeable in the SP night scenes), also shaders on ultra will decrease your performance i've them set at the lowest, post processing at lowest too.
Game effects and particles on ultra, and shadows and water on very high.

---------

the command r_PostMSAA = 0 needs to be set once you join a SP game and each time after you join a MP server.

-----------

Try replacing the text in your 'game.cfg' with this text, or just try some of the commands, afterwards set the file to 'read only' so it can't be reset.here it is >>

-- [Game-Configuration]
-- Attention: This file is re-generated by the system! Editing is not recommended!
