Why we can't create a spell/enchantment with 1-2 point magnitude?
Why we can't create a spell/enchantment with 0 seconds duration?
I know that a 1 point magnitude is a very weak spell, and 0 seems useless (Do you really think that? keep reading!).
I know that there's no difference between 0 and 1 second duration. But I just can't see that "X damage for 1 second".
I've searched in the whole Data/Menus folder, hoping it only was an HUD problem (we can increase the upper limit, to create spells with over 100 magnitude & area and over 120 duration)
But the lower limit is hardcoded.
This is only fixable with an OBSE Plugin.
There's somebody able and willing to realize this?
With a 0 magnitude we can create a fire effect on self x ~120 seconds and play like the "Human Torch" from "The Fantastic Four"!
Or create any other 0 magnitude effect on self for spectacular visual effects!
