I'm having an issue with Dawnguard & modded Special Edition. Basically, I cannot proceed after the Bloodline quest while still staying loyal to the Dawnguard. The next quest, A New Order, will not trigger. I've looked into and tried EVERY solution Google has available with no luck.

The command "setstage dlc1hunterbaseintro 20" doesn't work if I've already started the quest Bloodline. I've tested it time and time again; no matter how early in the quest I am, it won't trigger A New Order. HOWEVER, if I use it *before* finding Serana, with the active quest Awakening, the quest advances correctly with no issues; the vampires attack, Isran sends me to find new recruits.

So, I'm wondering. What is the safest, least bug inducing way to skip ahead? This is unknown territory for me.

I can return to a save with the quest Awakening loaded and use the console to begin "A New Order." I used completequest to finish Awakening and started up A New Order with a console command. Will it cause some bugs down the line? Is there another way?

I've tried removing just about every mod I could think to be causing this problem (any mods dealing directly with the Dawnguard questline, Serana, Vampires, Better Quest Objectives, etc.) with no luck. Maybe you all will know better!
