So I plan on starting my third play through, however, I was wondering if we have a date for when the new survival mode is coming out for xbox one and if I should wait for it. Or if it is too far off, and I should start one anyway.

I believe the 1st DLC with the survival mode update is coming out in March, I don't know where I read that, but that's my belief. A specific day/date I don't believe has been issued at this point. I'm still on my first character, but when I start a new one, I definitely want to play with the new survival mode. I loved survival mode in FNOV, and this update seems very similar. The one feature I'm unsure of is only being able to save when resting/sleeping for a certain number of hours. Seems overly restrictive to me now, but I'm sure I'll adapt.

I understood it as entering beta in March on PC/Steam, you would have to sign up for that if you don't want to wait to restart till after beta. Beta will be as long as it takes - maybe a month or two. Consoles come after PC.

We have no ETA on it except that they are testing it at the moment.

I was hoping that it was part of the current PC Beta.

I am thinking it will be the next Beta patch or possibly be part of a sign up since that mode is not for everyone.
