Both Mark and Recall can be bought from Sirilonwe in Vivec's guild of mages, just turn left from the Guild Guide then turn right before you reach the alchemist, she's through that door. There's also a locked chest behind a door in her room with two skill books in, if your character is interested (Alteration and Heavy Armour). For your fortify speed/strength, just buy Jack of Trades from Arrille in Seyda Neen as was suggested above since it's a very cheap spell (way less than a hundred gold) and get a spellmaker like Estirdalin in Balmora's Mages Guild to make you the specific fortify strength and speed spells you're after with the sort of power you want as well. Having any fortify attribute spell means you can make spells to fortify all of the others. I don't know how much Mark and Recall cost but neither should cost much more than 200 gold even if your character has a terrible personality, speechcraft and mercantile. The costs of all spells depend on how hard they are to cast as well as the personality stuff, that's all I know for sure.
This isn't Oblivion by the way, you can sell stolen goods absolutely anywhere as long as you don't try to sell items of a type you stole to the person you stole it from. This means if you say, steal a diamond from an alchemist, if you ever try to sell that alchemist any diamond at all in your playthrough you'll be attacked since they assume any diamond is their stolen one.
As for noob tips, don't assume that getting stuck means the end of the game for you. Morrowind lets you go off and do random things if you get bored of what you're currently doing so if you get stuck just do something else and hopefully you'll come across better gear or lots of money/loot with which to buy better gear. Early on, getting better gear can be better for you than raising your skills, not to mention easier. It's also worthwhile throughout the entire game to horde restore health, magicka and fatigue potions, they never stop being lifesavers. Even the bargain and cheap types can give you a few extra Health/Magicka/Fatigue points to let you keep going a little longer, but they're best only used if you find them as loot, they're not worth buying, early on you probably want mostly standard potions and as your character grows, move on to quality ones. Try to get a silver or enchanted sword at some point so you're not completely defenceless against things like ghosts and daedra when you run out of magicka.
Lastly, don't use Fortify Health, if your HP falls too low then it can kill you when their effect ends. If it fortifies your HP by 20 and you're at below 20 hit points when the effect ends, you die.
