New Playthrough:Tips and things I really shouldn't [censored : Fallout: New Vegas

I'm starting a new playthrough as a girl this time.
This going to be mostly Sneak, Guns, Energy Weapons, not sure if I should do Melee or Unarmed though.
Also high Repair, Science, and Lockpick. The rest are probably going to be somewhat in the middle until I get closer to level 50.

Not RPing as anyone, just doing a normal playthrough but trying to be smart about it.

My Tags are Energy Weapons, Guns, and Sneak.
My Traits are Skilled and Trigger Discipline.

Well if you happen to lack some stats their are skill books out their. And other perks etc.

I would highly suggest getting your luck to 8 with an implant because if you have decent knowledge of blackjack along with a luck of 8+ you will make a bunch of caps. Save often but on Xbox I only got 100 saves so make it count.

Perception is practically useless to this one anyway (having no HUD), perhaps there are perks that you might want or need but... meh.
Set it to 1 and use the free points for useful aspects.

There are Perks I want, so that really is the only reason I have it. And with a Luck of 8, using two Intense Trainings, and a Naughty Nightwear, I had a Luck of 9. Then I got over 40000 Caps from Casinos.

Should I get Ratslayer right as I get out of Goodsprings? It's much better than my current weapon, but I'm not sure if I'll be killed.
