I got the Chest piece and arm piece Tesla T-60 power armor from Ivey, however, I was wondering if there was more.

Is there x-01 Tesla power armor? Is there more Tesla power armor for the T-60 set?

Left and right arms, and the chest are all I got. Same for a dude I work with.

So far that's all that's listed anywhere. It might just be a supplement to T-60 or maybe there's a whole suit of it but you have to just find it out in the wastes like you did the other power armor suits. Won't really know until someone discovers it or digs through the files to find out.

I also only got the Arms and Chest pieces, so I'm thinking that those are the only pieces that are there. Definitely nice, though, as my current character is wearing Power Armor and using Lasers, and I'm currently running around in T-60 armor. The pieces were a direct upgrade, and I even got 10 extra damage out of my Laser Rifle.
