1. Protector Henry Casdin of the brotherhood Outcasts. According to by Elder Lyons, he was one of the best fighters in the Capital Wasteland, honorable, his best student. He fought in the great battle known as scourge of the Pitt and left the brotherhood with like minded members who believed the brotherhood of steel strayed too far from their goals and beliefs and so created the Outcasts. Sounds like a strong, honorable leader to me.
