It's balancing out, and I'm sure that few people have "top of the market" computers, or went all out installing the newest tech on their boxes. The audience, aside from mods (which should be availible to the consoles by some degree [correct me if I'm wrong when I heard Todd Howard say that modding tools will be given to the consoles]) will all even out to the same sort of experience.
Um, okay, I think if you don't understand this topic at all, even on a basic level you shouldn't really make arguments. This is not a deal of balancing out
at all. Your average PC these days is more powerful than a console, and I'm not saying every PC will look better than a console, but thanks to common sense, every PC that CAN look better than a console will, unless they inexplicably set their graphical settings to low. Todd said that they are looking into providing modding to consoles, but there's nothing definite. There are some technical and legal issues that will need to be sorted out. There will be no evening out. To the best degree feasibly possible, it's a "You get what you pay for" situation. Also, for future reference, there's a reply button that will quote what has been said. You should use it.
