Mammoths look awesome, however is that a giant in the middle? As judging by the carving on the tusks could mean they have been trained by Giants(Hopefully.) Giants riding mammoths anyone?lol

The detail in this screenshot is amazing. The detail of the armour, the character, the table... really really detailed.
Only thing I don't like about it is the completely depth-less stone floor. It looks like just a flat texture with zero depth, other than a real stone floor with actual depth.

Mammoths look great and cool. Now it makes more sense when it was said before how giants often come with mammoths.
The distant look great as well.
Only thing I don't like about this screenshot is how the grass is placed. Looks very unnatural and I don't like it one bit, sorry

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the Nord screen is inside of the Companions guild!!....just a guess.

And they look good too. The first one reminds me of the King-Slayer in Witcher 2, but on close comparison, they don't look close enough ~I think its the hair .

That nord looks like he has experienced a lot during he's life. It's also good to see, that mammoths aren't just copys of earths mammoths.

I thought it was one of those click the big screen in rhe middle and they pop up kind of deal. Thought for awhile I had to join in some way to view them. But yeah thats what I did.

THe pic with the scarred nord shows a nice litte feed hall. oy ya

Thank you for the links, I can see them now, and they're pretty nice. For once we get to see the mommoths in game, I see, and I like them, I agree also that the screenshot makes it look like the giants train them, the carvings on their tusks are obviously not natural, and the way the giant seems to be walking along-side them suggests they're in a group, some nice scenery too, those mountains in the background look pretty impressive. I like the picture of the man in that building too, the potential for unique features like the eye in that image definitely looks promising, I think I see some face paint or tattoos under his eyes too, and a scar under the bad one, I also think I can see another person sitting in the background but I can't make out any details. Finally, I'm rather curious about those banners, do they represent one of the holds, perhaps? Or a joinable faction? I guess we'll see when the game is released at the latest.

The texture on the carpet doesn't look so great, but I think that's the kind of thing I can ignore while playing the game.



It's been said that Bethesda designs the common armors under the assumption that they're Nordic styles while the more exotic ones look like they were made elswhere, so yes, I'd say that they won't all look Nordic.



I actually considered that possibility, although without being told we don't really have any way to be certain, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.



I don't know, I always assumed he was, but I don't recall it ever being confirmed, and then some people said he was a Redguard, so I'm simply not sure what race he is.
