I am considering making a new shield from sheograth called the shield of immediate attitude. what i want it to do is have npcs attack you as soon as you equip it. (after all sheograth made it. did you expect sanity?) basically i just need to know if enchanting it for frenzy humanoid in 50ft constant effect would. work. or would scripting for that be the only or more preferable way. I know doing this would cause quest break for almost everything. after all if the characters all attack you, ya can't do most quests. this shield won't be for that. just for fun.

Someone with more knowledge please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think a constant effect enchantment would work. Those only affect the person who has the item equipped, so in effect it would be Frenzy Self, which is meaningless.

though constant effect is useful, he's right, it wont work here. In this situation, scripting is probably your best answer
