While it's an interesting design it doesn't really look that similar to the art style of other things we've seen in the game, but that doesn't necessarily prove it's not for Skyrim, after all, we certainly haven't seen anything near all the armors that exist in Skyrim, and not every armor in the game is the same style, so I certainly can't say that it can't possibly be armor from Skyrim, we just don't really have any indication that's the case, beyond our assumptions based on the fact that the creator is currently only working on Skyrim.

The armor also reminds me of Twilight Princess' http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_J5YFSlbUXh0/Sj3bqe7LcjI/AAAAAAAAASA/5tAhPMc0pGs/s400/zora+armor+link+papercraft.jpg. I think the two look similar enough to vsions' armor, for it to have been inspired by them.

Of course, I don't know for a fact it was.

Personally this "Skyrim" armor looks really underdetailed by comparison to Morrowind's armor. I noticed that with Oblivion as well - very few intricate trims and details everywhere, with all of the polygon budget going into those hyper-realistic scale plates. Doesn't seem like it would segment too well into individual pieces either, so if anything it may be part of a creature mesh or a decorative display or something. :shrug:

It's an armor he made for a tech demo (a while back, I suppose).

Looks cool though ^^ hope Skyrim's armors will look that way, even though it seems to me vsions, as awesome he is, only does characters on skyrim.

Like the design, but as others have stated, it doesn't really fit with what we've seen for other Skyrim pieces so far. Maybe it's an early work that has to undergo a few more iterations of polish and refining to make it fit in (The colors particularly seem off compared to the rest of Skyrim), or, it could just be a fun little side project. After all, just because Vsions is only working on Skyrim, doesn't mean he's not just messing around with his skillset in his free time, right?

I found a new armor design on vsions website. It was posted 3 days ago, he doesnt say for what game it is, but is has to be Skyrim, becuase thats the game is is working on! He is the armor designer for Skyrim, so yeah. Looks pretty cool to me.

Maybe I am wrang, but as for me, there is some inscription on the plinth under the armor. It's like daedric or dragon language/alphabet...

EDIT: OP is completely misrepresenting this. Vsions clearly states that it is from the game called "Vicious Cycle"

it has nothing to do with Skryim, OP - thanks for getting our hopes up under false circumstances. OP is not being truthful when he says it was posted on Vsions site 3 days ago. Vsions posted the Vicious Cycle pics a long time ago.

It does look like daedric runes....but it's not for Skyrim.

Mostly this. Besdies vsions posts thigns un related to Skyrim maybe this is one of them :shrug:

However if it was in game, I wouldn't mind at all. It actually looks pretty cool (even though doesn't really fit Skyrim).

The blades use roman armor. It's the orcs that use Asian inspired armor.
