Love reading the previews on your list as they make me want the game even more.

There was one preview I read today that I didn't enjoy much.
The norwegian site, gamer.no also published their preview today.
Mostly positive but all in norwegian so I doubt it should be on your list there.

Gamer.no had a couple of hours of playing skyrim and their impressions weren't all positive.
unlike most previews posted today, they also presented some fairly harsh criticisme against the game.

here's the negative part, roughly translated and edited into english.

-npc's have an annoying accent, that seems to be forced upon the voice actors. Skyrim does not live up to the level of voice acting that is to be expected from todays great RPGs.
It's not a joy to hear some voices in skyrim, some voice actors are unable to master the accents they're using.
It will be exhausting to listen to in the long run.

-Skyrim seem to be having problems with presenting quests to the player,
at times the npcs practically just throws the quests at the player.

-The finishing moves performed by the player were simply silly axechops that
failed to look impressive.
The enemies were not using tactics, they simply charged straight at you.

-Skyrim is also struggling at times with letting the player feel like a stranger,
something feels wrong when you meet someone for the first time and and they trust you to do important things right away.

Gamer.no were a little annoyed with how Bethesda gave Gameinformer the V.I.P treatment at the beginning of the year and they mostly ignored Skyrims
existence for quite a few months, until bethesda finally in April invited them to have a look at skyrim. After that they have treated Skyrim fairly well, up untill now that is.
Looks like the gloves have come off.

Lol i think they obviously had a bad playthough
Mainly because of AI issues that most didnt encounter
I.e most people would get flanked like crazy
And judging from the last part, and the fact that they HAD to mention it, prolly means the're a little butt hurt

If there was any confusion at all, let me clarify right now: Skyrim is gorgeous. It is an absolutely beautiful friggin’ game, and anyone not lauding it as such should get a slap. Both in terms of art direction and the Creation engine’s ability to effectively give your eyes a blwjob, it’s just really damn pretty. Any given screen in Skyrim looks like the lovechild of a motivational poster and a Frank Frazetta painting.

That made me laugh so hard : "Creation Engine's ability to effectively give your eyes a blwjob"

As cool as it would be if Bethesda always shipped flawless games, it’s not something we’ve come to expect from them, and unfortunately, I don’t think Skyrim will be an exception. During my three hours with the game, I died three times from getting stuck in invisible holes in the ground. I don’t know if I played a final build of the game or not, but I’ll be extremely surprised if the retail version isn’t without a few glitches. I can’t ignore problems like this, but I’m not about to let them ruin my experience. Skyrim’s got some bugs? Megan Fox has weird thumbs, I’d still bang her

Amen to that......

Every preview I read is making feel more like a 3 year old boy on christmas day

Pretty much every preview has some complaint, yet almost each one is saying "The Game of the Year will be yours on 11-11-11".

I guess I never knew horses could attack. :)

Makes me think of that horse that was hit by this little girl and pulled her hair and tossed her to the floor as payback.

I might want one now. ;)

To those that have read through many of these, are there any previews that stand out as being the most informative?

"forget which six, species and body-type you’re after, you get to choose the shape, depth, colour and shading of each eyeball. The word ‘fetishistic’ doesn’t even cover it." - T3

I wonder how much I should believe this...

Having read almost all of these, I still hold that it's a shame so many of them ending spending half their time in Bleakfalls, but having said that, they've clearly been told NO SPOILERS, so those that DID do something different / progressed the main / guild quests can't actually mention it :(

Thanks for the 2nd thread! btw

I've only read like 5-6 so far but http://www.1up.com/previews/played-skyrim-wrong-felt-so-right was pretty good imo [3 page read though].

From preview #23: "I’d poured most of my upgrade points into crafting and being able to run for longer."

Light Armour perk perhaps?

I'm still at #15. My favorite ones up until now are : Wired, IGN, DualShockers, Gamesradar & NowGamer.

The menu provided a long list of different weapons, armor, and jewelry I could create.

Don't remember if it was ever confimed or not and although it was a logical assumption they would include making jewllery it's always nice to know for sure
