So, I want to make a mod for skyrim. I've been learning to use the creation kit and papyrus and skse and whatnot and making dumb little mods just for the practice. Now I want to get into making something a little more serious but will eventually need some people to help me with assets and to remind me when I have no idea what I'm talking about.... now that I've rambled on quite enough, to an actual question. I have an idea for a mod (I obviously think it's cool but await the future opinions of the community to decide) and have it barely just started so nothing I even want to show has been put together enough yet. If I were to start scouting talent to help me with this mod, what kind of information on the mod would you be looking for before you decided to see about jumping on the project? I want to make sure I have at least all the important things covered so that talented modders don't just overlook my project citing it doesn't have enough proof-of-concept.
(Also figured up-and-coming modders might find this information useful for starting creating larger scale or more complex mods)
