So what does everyone think of the new Zelda trailer coming out of GDC today? Sorry I would link it but I'm posting this from my phone and linking to videos tends to get messy for some reason.

I was surprised to see a new video because I thought for sure they would wait for E3 but now I think we can look forward to a game demo at E3 along with a solid release date! Game looks like it's coming a long nicely and really good to see an update on it since it's pretty much been in hiding since June of last year.

Boring. Same [censored] as any other Zelda game. *tosses it into the garbage*

I saw it earlier today. Looks like fun.

its like a mixture of Twilight princess and windwaker, my top zelda games. I liked the gameplay though i would have rather seen a demonstrations after the E3 debacle. i will buy it.

Demo will be at E3. Why would they have it at GDC? They wouldn't have anything as big as a demo at E3 then.

Looked amazing. The Wiimote controls appear rock solid and I love the art direction. I didn't like Twilight Princess' darker look, and after two DS games the Wind Waker style was finally starting to get a little stale. A combination of the two is really nice though.

It's a shame we won't see it until June or later.

I meant release date, as they're saying it'll make an appearance at E3. Released games don't tend to cause a fuss at E3. Not that I really expected it so early, but still.

Wow, looks awesome. Graphics are fine, not too cartoony and not over realistic, I like it.

I'd buy it in an instant if it weren't for the fact that I have to use the Wii remote to play it. Is playing with a Gamecube controller really too much to ask?

considering that they implemented gamecube and classic controller controls in goldeneye for wii makes me think that the chances are good but slim.

I'm a huge Zelda fan, so don't get me wrong, but the Skyrim trailer is SO much better IMO. It's not because of the graphics or anything like that, it just looks like it's going to be much more fun to play. A huge world I can immerse myself in.

Skyward Sword just doesn't look that fun to me. I've been trying and trying to get hyped up for it because I'm such a fan of the other games, but I don't think I'm going to end up liking anything about the game until I actually play it for myself (much like Wind Waker). Something about the game just makes me think it's going to be the same old same old. I just think I'm going to find myself buying and playing older Zelda games (ones I haven't played yet) more than Skyward Sword.
