I'm having trouble with this quest. When I talk to Deor he gives me the quest but the map marker is in the water south-west of "Raven Rock". I know where the marker is suppose to be, it's suppose to be on top of the "Abandon Lodge" icon in the map. So I went ahead and traveled to the "Abandon Lodge" and there were four Elves just like there should be. So I killed them, got the key, and went inside. After I got inside I went downstairs where "Baldor Iron-Shaper" was suppose to be lying and there was not any sign of him.

If anyone has any suggestions or an answer to this bug it would be appreciated.

Additional- I have completed the Miraak quest line and I have reloaded to see if that would fix it but it didn't.
