greetings fellow skyrimians!

a little procedure info please?

I am just about to do an upgrade including, board, chip and memory, and exchanging hdd for ssd. skyrim is on a different hdd and I shall be keeping this drive in the system. obviously I shall lose the connection from the c: drive to the game. is there a way to fix this? or shall I have to download the game all over again? savegames I can handle of course.
