Hey guys, I am new to the NV game. I have beaten (and gotten all achievements, including DLC) on Fallout 3, so I know how the game works. I am just broke and not able to buy the DLC for NV, is that game breaking? Or should I wait until I can afford all DLC to start playing?

It won't affect your gameplay at all. The DLC for New Vegas is pretty much seperate from the actual game. There are some references here and there but other than that... of course I do recommend you get them when you are able because I think they are all fantastic. Also as long as you don't beat the game (finishing the main questline essentially ends the game), you can download and start the DLCs at any time with your current character.
