The grfx are mindblowing, if this was Xbox 360 or Ps3 footage used for the trailer.
But for Crysis 1 standards on Pc... mediocre i would say.

Well, he mentions the aliens so if it is a video message it must have been made in at least 2020.

Orrrrr, the guy knew about the dormant aliens earlier, and was the reason for him starting the development of the nanosuit.

Also, judging by pc pictures i would hazard that it was console for at least the most part. Although you can never tell with compressed 720p videos
