This morning, Oct 15, 2015, I updated with the new update that was promising all kinds of wonderful new experiences in the game (the cloud, scavenging, etc) unfortunately I tried to play the game after I updated and instead of the game loading, I get taken back to the homepage. Like everyone on here I tried restarting, rebooting my iPad and clearing everything with still no luck. It won't let me hook up to the cloud and will not let me on the game. I have 3 vaults and have been playing since the game came out. Is there a fix or will there be one? I'm really enjoying the game, but at the moment I can't play. I've considered deleting it and reloading it, but since it won't let me hook up to the cloud I would have to start over, please help!

I have the same problem. My vault won't load and I've tryed everything they say to do in the support. I have $20 worth of lunchboxes on my vault and I can't get my damn vault to load this is ridiculous.

Same issue here on the I phone 5 s on the older ios 8.4. However this happened 2 days before the ipdate. Was hoping the patch would fix. Just want to know if there is a fix or not . So I can decide to re install and start again. svcks I lose my vault but at least I could play then
