New update released on 1021 still crashes : Fallout 4

Crash upon loading the day before last update release.

Downloaded that update - did not work

Did not delete game.

Installed new update today - still crashes right after opening app.

Device- iPad mini with retina display

iOS - 7.1.1(11D201)
