Hi you all guys, well my problem is that i enter into the New Vegas Clinic and when i try to make my way out of the clinic the door is locked, i search for a key like crazy but the key is nowhere and i have to even kill the Doctor and Guards to see if they have a key but nothing appears, no key and the door is locked, any suggestions please?.

just unlock it using the script

press `
click on the door
and type "unlock"
