Its up against Zelda, Magika, Pokemon (like wtf), Dragon Age 2, Dragon Quest, Dungeon Siege, Fable 3, Golden Sun, and Tactics Ogre.

So basically it is the only game their that should win.

Its up against Zelda, Magika, Pokemon (like wtf), Dragon Age 2, Dragon Quest, Dungeon Siege, Fable 3, Golden Sun, and Tactics Ogre.

Dungeon Siege 3 is Hack n slash, and Tactics Ogre doesnt even belong to the RPG genre :ahhh:

I think New Vegas, Dragon Age 2, or Fable will win.

I didn't give it Ultimate Game of the year though. I was looking for red dead redemption, couldn't find it, so I gave it to Halo reach.

Cool, voted for it in both categories. I think its got a pretty good chance to win rpg of the year but lets be real here, there's just no way its going to get game of the year.

Ah well, hopefully with it getting massive recognition like this Bethesda will want to push Fallout 4 out quicker to strike while the iron is hot :fallout:

I'm still confused how Pokemon and Fifa 11 are up there, but no red dead redemption. It did definately come out in May 2010... :confused:

Skyrim has yet to come out, and it is very likely that it'll be a big contender for RPG/GOTY.

I'm placing bets on skyrim (regardless of whether or not it deserves it).

Shouldn't NV have been in 2010's running for GOTY?

I gave New Vegas both because New Vegas is pretty much the only game I have played since I bought it almost a year ago, and because Fallout is easily my favorite video game series. :fallout:

New Vegas has no competition for Best RPG, Fable and DA:2 have no chance.

GOTY, it's not likely but it'd be awesome to see it come out on top. It has some excellent competition.

DA2 is not very good at all and Fable 3 is a steaming pile of [expletive deleted]. Seriously, Fable 3 doesn't deserve to win any awards except "best $50 paperweight".

I voted for it for both, even with the bugs NV is still far better than Call of Bland: Modern FPS 673.

That said, if anything deserves to win Ultimate GOTY it's Starcraft II; far better than any other game in there except New Vegas.

I look at those choices for ultimate game of the year and wonder, did they go to Gamestop and just pick random games off the shelf to find FONV's competition? I mean, a couple of those games may deserve to be in the comp but most of them are just rubbish in my opinion. Frankly I don't see how anything other than FO could win, and I'm a huge AC fan.

AMEN! Fab 2 and DA were great. I have 1000 hrs in DA, comparable to Oblivion. They ruined both of those games.
