So here is my problem, i have had NV for a while and have never had any issues with it aside from the usual freezing that occurs. I have started playing it again and started a new char and i cannot level my char at all. i have created 3 new char after the first thinking that it would stop. I do not play online and nothing is working to get my experience to roll me to the next level. I'm posting this in hope that someone may have a clue as to what is going on or how i can fix without needing to replace the game. I have a friend having the same issue as well. We fight, kill, and maim and the XP builds but regardless of anything else i was at 10,000/200 XP to level 2 after 4 hours. Plz if u have any ideas it would be appreciated.

That's a weird bug...
You play on the consoles?
Try deleting your uhm, temporary cache, basically the patches, start the game up again, let it update, and see if it works.
