I'm getting ready to start my final New Vegas character in preparation for the DLC (whenever it comes out for PC)... I'm gonna have him sort of collect everything I can. I wondering if there are many missable items quest rewards, items, or perks. I know about the gold Pipboy, and the unarmed special attacks can be screwed up. I'm just wondering what else I could possibly worry about.

Collecting NCR Dog Tags for the Legion and Legion Ears for NCR is you play your cards right you can do both at the same time without getting eighter side mad.

Did you get "This Machine."

Quite a few quests are easy to miss the whole of.
Head to the Aerotech offices before heading to cottonwood cove, head into the tent just to the right and talk to a man with a shotgun.
It makes the family at cottonwood cove a proper quest, and not some random unexplained event.

Cram opener, I think this is on Buster at McCarran.

Talk to everyone in McCarran as quite a few have minor quests there.

Do all the side quests at North Vegas.

Thanks, I also want to mention, for anyone else interested in this kinda max run, make sure to get cannibal and miss fortune/mysterious stranger for the challenge perks. Am I missing anything else?

Do Red Lucy's quest at the Thorn, lots of collecting with that one.
