Is there any mod out there that lets you listen to new vegas radio on fallout 3?

You would need to port the audio files from New Vegas into mod format and set up the radio station. Can it be done? Absolutely, and it's very simple. Could you release it without getting in trouble on Nexus and/or most mod sites, and being banned for distributing copyrighted intellectual property without permission? No sir.
