i am wondering whether to get fnv on the pc for the mods but is it worth it. also on an unrelated note in the ultimate edition can u download the dlc on the disc more than once

Definately worth it, i feel sorry for people who have bethesda games on consoles as they cant have mods. If you get a disc version it'll likely be on one disc so it will be installed along with the game. Which can be installed as many times as you like. Im not 100% sure as i have the steam version.

Just make sure you can run it, do you know your pc specs?

i already know my laptop isnt good enough to play it which is why im getting a better one . it comes with two discs i know because my mates got it.

Ahh ok. Well yeah you'll be able to install it as many times as you want but you only need the once
