Um.....okay.....so what exactly is your question? You told me you want new vegas with all DLC.
Are you asking for permission to get the DLC?
Suggestions about the DLC?

I think he's wondering if there will be a token GotY or Platinum edition in which the base game and the four DLCs (maybe with GRA to make it 5) will ever be released.
