New Video

Post » Thu Oct 21, 2010 2:12 pm

Made a new video for you guys! :fallout:

This one is abit shorter and sweeter. I almost have a decent grasp of the video editing software now!
Don't forget to wear your splatter proof goggles, it gets kind of messy.

Pay attention at the very end and you'll notice I almost got decapitated by a beer bottle from an explosion about 200 yards away. :bonk:

Wouldn't this be considered Fan Art? If so, it's in the wrong forum.

Nice ax. Where do you get it?

Pretty enjoyable. Very smooth combat, the way you did all of that perfectly in one go was pretty awesome.

Certainly can't please everyone in regard to music, sorry to have wasted your time. Out of curiosity though what genres of music do you enjoy and what would you say your favorite 2-3 bands are?

It is http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/The_Dismemberer. It's part of a quest you can find out on the cliffs of Point Lookout. It has an interesting property. Most of the time when you kill something with it, all the limbs are destroyed. A great weapon if you're looking to make a mess.

That's the magic of movie making. You only see the end product and not the many times I caught a bullet in the face in the quest for a good clip. I have the FWE mod lethality set to 3x normal so mistakes tend to be lethal. :nuke:

I second this.

If you wanna know what music I like, I like....

Rush
Mack 10(he's pretty cool, I normally don't like hip-hop/rap)
Beatles
Slayer
Basemant Jaxx

My taste in music is varied. I like just about every genre except country. Hate country so much. And Beyonce, too.

Sorry to be an ass. But that style of video is just over done IMO

and ehh, your typical big band 1920's, 30's, 40's and some VERY early 1950's. Beyond that, I also listen to Jazz in general the only modern music I really dig is Depeche Mode and House Music

Quite a nice video, good quality, the music doesn't fit to well and it gets annoying. But other than that, I give you 6/10

No, no, no no no NO NO!

If you REALLY want to have music in a game video, abandon all that crappy taste-based nonsense. IF you want music, put in-game music or theme-fitting music which in this case would be most likely something what they play on GNR.
Especially all sorts of metal music are over-used and horrible in game videos.

Nice job with the video. as for the music, something more in tune with the game would have suited me more, but thats just me.

I'm not necessarily talking about music I only listen to in the game. And, the Beatles isn't crap.

I'm not telling you what you should listen to.
