Check out this weapon, the XM-25 which is now being used in the field by the U.S Army Special Forces. It is a very advanced weapon,perfect for the image that crysis portrays. I have seen alot of complaints about how the weapons lack many choices across the forums are perty much the same. This is one is a perfect tactical urban warfare weapon with some high tech specs. What are some other ideas for new weapons for the game? We need ideas, not just complaints. I think we can get a good thread going with some nice ideas that would be appreciated by the developers.

The HK G36C, which i would love to see in crysis 2 is a excellent close quarters combat rifle with great range and is compact, lightweight, and has a high fire rate. The stock is collapsible, and weapon weight is light enough( 6.52 lbs with mag) to single hand fire if needed. You can see it in action here:

You people that want more guns for the sake of having more don't understand how balanced weapon sandboxes work. Everything does what it's good at and that's it, and nothing else does it's job. Crysis and Halo are almost the only games that get this, and is one of the many problems with COD.
