Newbie modder needs ideas

Post » Mon Feb 15, 2010 7:43 am

I'm kind of new to modding, and I need some ideas for easy mods that will help me to learn more about the CS.
List of mods i've made so far:

A Small Dungeon
Rich Creeper
Non-Hostile Animals
Some small bug fixes
Temple basemants
and i'm working on a Darker Dungeons mod.

Any ideas on other things I can do?

How about a small quest to complement your dungeons? For example, concerned parents ask you to search for their child who has gone missing. You'll look around, find his/her amulet at the dungeon's doorstep (Journal update), venture into the dungeon, find the child, and guide him/her back home.

Absolutely horrible, i've never done it before, but there's a first time for everything.

I would need someone to write a few dialogues for Sotha Sil, Mehrunes Dagon and others, for a mod I have in mind, and I cannot do this myself. I lack in imagination and lore knowledge.

ANyway, to learn how to write dialogues in Morrowind, is one of the most useful things to make mods. Most of the quest mods, can be done only by dialogue.

Sorry, but I cant help you with that mod, for various reasons. Mainly because I also lack imagination, why do you think I asked here for help?

Somewhere here there is a thread that has archived a huge list of ideas for people to make in mods.
... I just can't seem to find it right now.

Its not like i'm putting them up for download or anything, i'm just too lazy to learn how to install a mod, so I make them myself.
