I saw in the newest bit of beta patch notes performance was optimized in the corvega area.

although the area IS in fact a little smoother, it's only just a little. whereas to say it's still pretty bad; this is with settings turned down as well.

short and sweet,

thank you bethesda for working on the issues,

brian

I did the Corvega area before I knew anyone was having issues with it. It was smooth and stable for me the entire time I was in that place. I wonder if there is some system or hardware combo that has issues or rather does not have issues with that place.

Maybe I need to go back perhaps something changed so it's not smooth anymore.

I also had no issues in corvega or I should say beyond the issues I already have with spiky frames but the fps never goes below 40 to 45 in my spikes. Even the roof felt fine even before the patch. I had more of a noticeable issue in the museum.... where you meet preston.

Hopefully tonight I will get things stabalized.

I have not had issues in the area in non beta but then again I play at Medium textures since I do not notice much of a difference between Medium and Ultra, Medium Shadow Distance and Low God Rays ( I would have it off since I do not like God Rays in any game or in real life). My system is just a bit better than minimum specs using GTX 750 ti card.

I might try a new character with the Beta patch. I like creating new characters.
