I really liked the newspapers in Oblivion, I would love if they expanded that idea for Skyrim.

I'm indifferent to the idea of being able to paint.

Painting is a definite no for me. I don't see any purpose for painting. However, newspapers would be nice, especially if they mentioned your heroic deeds, or not so heroic deeds. Also, newspapers would be a good way to acquire some quests (i.e. a local in town needs help with robberies at his shop).

It would be pretty sweet if I could just go pay for a newspaper and hear about my heroic acts of awesomness for a change. And to finally have a use for paintbrushes would nice a well. :biggrin:

I don't care about myself painting since it would probably be through a not-so-great minigame. However I do wish to see people painting different things and you could buy paintings as well for your house

Because unlike NPC's, YOU can paint in REAL LIFE. It costs about 10 dollars to get a basic painters kit, and you can buy a pad of sketch paper for 5 bucks at a Pat Catans and a pencil for like 89 cents. Erasers are a dollar and that's all good for 100 drawings.
