[ RELZ ] Nexon's Armory

Post » Tue Nov 30, 2010 6:07 am

http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31340

Requirements: Oblivion http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_patches.htm (PC only), http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25365, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15802

Features: This mod adds...

  • A new armor for both male and female characters
  • One new shield
  • 15 new weapons (1 new bow, 4 new axes, 7 new staffs, 3 new swords)
  • Offhand and two-hand versions for most of the weapon meshes

It contains all new meshes and textures. All the meshes are decent low poly meshes and were designed so that they would run properly in a real time application like Oblivion.

Location: You can find a new chest in the IC Market District behind one of the big statues. Everything is in there.

Pictures and more informations inside the mod description tab on TesNexus.com

Hope you like it.

I just can't over how beautiful they all are.
Finally, Druchii in Oblivion.

I hope someone will make a Robert's Female version of the suit, that would be lovely.

Thank you so much for this, it's amazing.

Many thanks for the beautiful work- the axes in particular. :)

I put this on my tracking list earlier today. The skull axe with the finished and slightly-bent wooden handle is really impressive. I do not use HGEC, but my PC is a dude, so he will appreciate the new apparel.

Can't wait to see it in-game!

This is really amazing work Nexon, I had to grab it right away. This could possibly be my favorite female armor.

I do have a question, when the bracers are equipped the hands seem to use the body texture? Bracers unequipped the female hand uses the right hand texture. I am pretty sure I have HG installed correctly but I am using a custom race.

Yeah I agree. That one is quite nice. I don't see a lot of great mage armor (IMO anyways). The only thing I noticed that I didn't like was the "bra" parts weren't connected to each other. I'm sure that's how the original armor was, but it's a bit off-putting to me. If I knew how to do it myself, I probably would.

Like I already said on TesNexus, I really like how my armor and the tattoos on your character compliment each other.

Looks awesome.

I had the same problem but I thought it was a problem especially with my system. The weird thing is, when you open it in NifSkope it shows the right texture. However, in game it uses a different.

I really don't know why...

Yeah, I know what you mean. Theoretically it wouldn't work that way.

But I can't see how a connection between the two would work out well. I think it kills the look a little bit.

Well, it's fantasy after all...

Hi! These are beautiful meshes and textures you've done. Can I do a UFF patch? I want a female version of that awesome male robe. A patch would be mesh conversion only (so it would require your original mod).

Feel free to do so.

There are definitely some things here I'll have to try out on/with my new (yet to be, in fact) character. :) Not to say the rest isn't also great, by the way, but I don't see myself using some items. Who knows though...

Thanks for uploading them.

Couldn't this be added to a leveled list, so that it could be found on NPCs and loot in game?

BTW, really cool stuff here...

I love the idea and I would have done it like that but this would cause major incompatibility problems with several mods.

Version 1.01 is online. Just some minor bug fixes.

The wrong texture on the female hand mesh was probably the most annoying thing that has been fixed.

Downloaded this, and you have made me extremely happy. I am now one step closer to creating a servant of the powers of chaos! Now for some armor and robe mods for the chaos powers.

No it doesn't, not when people use Wrye Bash. Just make it optional then, for the people that do use Wrye Bash's Bashed Patch function.

The problem is that not all people use Wyre Bash and I will not create a bunch of optional esp-files, because this always leads to trouble.

I did something like that with my last mod and most people experienced problems just because they didn't read the instructions on how to enable those esp-files separatly. Next thing they do is complaining about the mod and me and how it doesn't work...
