Yes. I think they just have to make a new engine... this one is now obsolete!
For next TES game I will have to buy a new video card It seems hehe.

for god's sake i hope the devs will utilize the most out of next gen consoles power in the next game.. whilst graphics is not always the most important, the current engine bethesda uses is rather outdated indeed
