Likely, yes, but I doubt that it will be that big of a deal. I think they're saving everything else for the game release.

After the game "goes gold" (even though Pete Hines feels that is passé), it would be nice to get a back-of-the-book summary like one would see on the package of some games or a game guide. As in, the final total number of 'dungeons' (useless, since they're mixing 2 hour big ones with caves, but still, its a 'fact'), # of named NPCs, # of unique weapons and or armor and such things. Yep, mostly useless stuff, but hey, on this forum, people are STILL arguing about what 'almost the size of Oblivion' means... so more 'facts' should keep us busy in the final few weeks. That, or playing RAGE.

I wonder if they'll do 1 week of daily countdown videos. 1 a day showing short random footage.

Kinda like they did for oblivion.One was combat, the other was one running through the wilderness, one was random fun quotes "I heard a rumor you're an idiot. Any truth to that?

Second poll is broken. You need to allow to select multiple options.

I think there definitely will be new info, most of it from pre-release reviews. And there definitely will be new screens (official and from the reviews), and a launch trailer for sure. But Beth itself most likely will not release anything really big. They've already shown enough.

Well yeah but I guess they're simply waiting till they officially make the game go gold. I have a feeling that we will get more info in the month of October than the info we got in the 9 months bundled together.

I think we should leave Bethesda alone for now so they can focus on getting the game polished and done and get it out to us.

I'm not so worried about more info. I'd love to be able to discover as much as possible all by myself.

And I have Halo: Reach to help keep me busy until then. =)

Bethesda's marketing is very reluctant in releasing footage or giving new info (which brings down the excitement and hype) but even they cant be stupid enough not to say anything. I'm sure there will be at least small bits.

I think he might be working on the video for the TV spot. Pete mentioned on twitter that Skyrim would have a TV spot soon.

The big dream of anyone producing and releasing something is getting high numbers in first day sales and first week sales. to achieve these high numbers, the last thing you want to do is die down in the last weeks to release.

no, my guess is we'll see more, but smaller things. teasers and so on.

There'll probably be some footage of the hr long demo, but beside that I think its just pictures and info.
Its the time where almost everything is finished, and they're just marketing and producing the game now.

i don't think there will be any new info as in "information"
but i'm pretty sure some new gameplay or screenshots will come up just to give us our fix.

When you look at it by weeks, it's not that long though, 7 weeks can drift pretty fast.

I'm so in need of some new info right now.. as someone has metaphored this forum before 'A lake full of hungry piranha waiting for a piece of meat (info) but all they get is bones (old info) and when they realize it's bones, they go on a wild rampage, jumping out of the waters (not hidden anymore, everyone complaining)' and right now.. I'm one hungry piranha

And there iare always new piranhas who likes to dig up old bones or gift wrap them and say theres meat in the box or outright lie about the meat with misleading words.
