A few days ago my main vault started crashing within about one minute of being opened. I tried force closing, clearing cache and every other standard trick. I don't want to uninstall because I don't know if I'll lose my saves and I've bought quite a few lunchboxes.

I figured out that the game is crashing whenever it tries to save which it does every minute or so. I tested this by loading the vault, collecting a few rooms resources, and then quickly trying to return to the main menu to force a save. Sure enough the game crashes and dumps me back to the android home screen. I started a new vault which works fine, so this has something to do with the game not being able to handle large vaults and either corrupting them on not being able to save them.

I hope this will be fixed soon, but if not who can I contact to get my purchases either replaced or refunded?

Hey Solar! You're not the only one. My wife is having the exact same problem with one of her vaults. The game will crash exactly 43 seconds after it first appears on screen.

I wouldn't describe the vault as particularly large (59 dwellers, 19 rooms) , and she doesn't recall doing anything out of the ordinary prior to the crashing, but maybe we can compare notes and try to figure out what the source is? Here's a screenshot of her current setup:

No quest objectives are being met/updated during the time before the crash, and any action I perform prior to the crash is reverted the next time I load, so it definitely isn't saving. I'll keep you posted if I figure anything else out.

EDIT: I also copied her save file from her phone over to my PC and played it with BlueStacks, so it has nothing to do with hardware/storage space. It's definitely something in the game.

Something happened to me but I have 178 and a lot of rooms even put money on it trying to get the money back right now
