I hate football.

Seeing how I still have 3 months left until we can officially fire Wade who turned out to be more like his father (Bum). See what I did there? Bill Cowher, Wade is keeping your seat warm for you at the moment..

well that svcks, Cowboys were done for this season anyway but still..... Glad the Ravens won Sunday, I'd would of been beyond pissed if the Bills got their first win on us.

NFL quarterbacks can rest easy this weekend. The Giants are in their bye week.

I'm not 100% sure Cowher would go to Dallas. He likes to control his team and so does Jerry so they probably would butt heads too much.

Wait, you're a Wisconsonite....who likes a team other than the Packers? I will be contacting the men in black vans for extradition or reeducation purposes :P

But ya, I always thnk either Cowher or Chucky will be coaching again; then again, I love Chucky as an anouncer...great insight, fast, and not argumentative. Besides, my wife thinks he's cute

I have a friend in NJ who made similar post "black and blue quaterback mowing machine: 5 QB's in 7 games!" Must the Jersey method of winning games ;)

I'm still angered over the end of the Steelers/Dolphins game. The ball was clearly fumbled, and it was either recovered by Pittsburgh or Miami. Giving the Steelers a "do over" because they're the NFL's star franchise is a crock of [censored].

But, the Titans managed to win without CJ2K scoring a touchdown or Vince Young, so it was a pretty good weeked. One thing I have learned so far in this young season is how horrid the NFC is. Not one of the division leaders from the NFC would even be a playoff team in the AFC. Looks like the real Super Bowl will be the AFC Championship game. I'm sure the NFL will find some way to make sure the Steelers are in it, even if they have to have the referee's make up a few rules to help them get there.

Hey, at least they only gave them one do over in your game. They got three punt attempts against the Browns which turned the momentum of the game (the Browns were still in the game at that point and would have had decent field position once they recovered the punt, instead the Steelers kept punting until they managed to recover the punt).

You local re-education police coaches are being contacted...do you hear the helo's yet? ;)

Lighten up Francis

It was a joke about the loayalty of WI fans and the Packers. Native Wisconsonites are generally die-hard Packer fans; I think it's genetic along with the love of custard, cheese, brats, and beer :foodndrink:

Besides, my wife (from Chicago) and son are Bears fans, my daughter is a Cardinals fan, and we all live in the same house in WI. I'm trying to figure out how my son likes the Bears...

On topic: how about Clay Mathews? Missed 2 games, and no sacks Sunday, yet he still leads the league in sacks! If only the rest of the team was that good and/or healthy

Yes, but the Packers are a religion in Wisconsin.

At one time, the Colts were the idols of Maryland, but then they bailed out of town under cover of darkness.Statues were torn down, memorabilia was burned and the fans waxed wroth. It was a terrible time.

Well Parcels was there and it seemed to work alright. I say Uncle Jerry goes for it and recruits Cowher. I actually would LOVE Gruden as my coach but I know that probably won't happen.

I like all the above (custard, cheese, brats and beer) except the Packers. My uncle and dad lived in Texas during their youth and brought some things back with them. My dad is more of a Packer fan now but my uncle and I are Cowboy fans. Everybody else in my family likes the Packers.

And yes, Matthews was playing out of his mind earlier in the season and that is why he got hurt unfortunately. That's what happens when you go at 200% all the time.

I'm well aware of that. Though I do have great distaste for the Colts just for a different reason.

Wasn't sure where to put this, soooo....

Best pumpkin ever? I think so. I hand drew the outline on to the pumpkin by looking at the image of the Ravens logo then cut it out. Took about 30-40 minutes total (not including cleaning the damn thing).

It was easier to do a Ravens pumpkin than a Niners pumpkin :( It's too risky with the tiny connectors holding the logo up. I didn't wanna waste a pumpkin.

Plus, I'm surrounded by Ravens fans. Gotta keep the peace, ya know?

And thanks sbr :D

NIce Spanky.

Got to say that it was good to see that the Jets got beat as it means my team the Patriots take the lead in the division after beating the Vikings. It was also good to see the great reception Moss got from Pats fans at Foxboro

I forgot where I saw it tonight, but it's looking like Moss won't be around for another season with the Vikes. He's up to his same old half-heartedness that's cost the team some plays.

And how in the world did the Packers' D hold the Jets? Come on, they started a lineman whose first practice was Friday!

I'm ashamed to be a Cowboys fan. I'm even more ashamed that there are Cowboys fans that still think they have a shot at doing anything this season.

Wouldn't bee opposed to see Moss coming to Washington, any team that gets him is instantly improved.Yes he runs his mouth too much and he is not in his prime but he is stil a strong WR that can aid any team.

Very true, maybe it was just the situations and he can be motivated to play if he goes to a contender.
