I would have preferred that the Steelers win (I really dislike the cheeseheads ). Oh well it was a great game and both teams played an awesome game. I'm just glad it wasn't too one sided because that would have just been boring. I prefer close games like this one.
It was damn close. Steelers had their chance and they missed it. It could have been insanely epic.

Besides both teams playing well, what was nice was that both teams were professional and having fun. Many pats on the helmets to the oposition, no trash talk prior or during the game either.
So glad the Packers won, I'm a huge Aj Hawk fan for obvious reasons, a huge Clay Matthews fan, and Aaron Rodgers is going to win a couple more of these.
Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force was live tweeting during the Superbowl. His tweets were much more entertaining than the game itself.
Glad the Packers won. Was really worried that we were going to see Wafflesburger go deep AGAIN at the last second for another win. svcked when he did it against the Cardinals, I really was pulling for Kurt Warner.
Yea... A whole year of "Packers have just started a dynasty", "Packers are the best team ever", "Packers will win the rest of the superbowls as long as Aaron Roders is their qb".... The list goes on. Living in Wisconsin and not being a packer fan is going to svck for me until my team, the Cowboys, can get to the effin' superbowl damnit.
While I'm thinking of it was anyone strangely reminded of the Simpsons episode where they sing, "I had the halftime of my life, and I owe it all to SU" during the halftime show?

?
well if it makes you feel any better. we did enjoy using your stadium.
I really liked this Superbowl, it wasn't a shoot-out, it wasn't a smash mouth game. There was big pass plays, big defensive plays, a 2 pt. conversion. Just a bit of everything (tho not much running). It was a pretty clean game too, neither team should feel cheated. It just feels good.
Oh boy, I'm not sure that I have ever seen the Steelers have such poor luck. :unsure2: The game was fantastic however, it was very entertaining. Even though they lost, the Steelers had a great season considering all the obstacles they had to overcome (see: no starters ). Hopefully we have a healthy team ready to go by next season so we win number 7.

Packers had a pretty extensive IR list as well. Once Grant got injured (immediately) I was content with just making the playoffs. Little did I suspect that this would be the season.
Honestly, I think any halftime show in that stadium would be poor; it's just way too big.
True, but all they did was shout, out of sync. I did change the channel about one minute into that "Tonight's Gonna be a good night" song though. Maybe it got better. But I doubt it.
I didn't get to see any of it, but I heard they won and am pretty happy about it. I think Rodger's deserves it especially after being placed in Brett's shoes (so to speak). He's becoming a great quarterback all around and I'm glad the Pack didn't make stupid moves like they like to do and actually make decent defensive calls. Their defense was really on the up and up this year.
I'm just glad Roethlisberger didn't win another one.
Amen, lost respect for him a loooonnnnggggg time ago (Besides I want Dallas to lead the league in superbowl wins here pretty soon). also Ziggy Hood played for a rival high school...
