Sharks won the 4th game. I was hoping that the Avs would take Sharks to game 7 but oh well. They did pretty well considering last year they were the worst team. :P

Guess i'll start cheering for the Flyer's now.

Hossa really hasn't done much this year. Missed nearly half of it, but still never came back with the same "score whenever" attittude. I think it may have something to do with him always being the lone scorer, but then being put on a line with Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews, or with Patrick Sharp.

As for the NHL playoffs, the Hawks win yesterday was the stuff of legends.

The Sens choking in Game 6, losing to the Pens after building a three-goal lead was the stuff of legends. The Pens NEVER should have won that game, but I'm glad they did.

Not likely. Would be a major bummer if both Detroit and Washington lost in the first round. I'll be mad as it is if the Wings are out, but I'll be pretty disinterested in the rest of the playoffs if Washington goes out early too.

I have no love for Detroit. I hope the Caps stay in it, though. I also hope my Penguins stay alive long enough to meet the Capitals. I don't know if Pittsburgh has enough to beat them, but I'd love to see them try.

I want to see the Pens play the Caps just because of how silly pens vs. caps sounds. Sometimes I'm easily amused.

As for the Habs, Halak was stellar in their last game but the rest of the time played embarrassingly poorly. Washington's going to be fired up tonight.

What can I say? I grew up in Pittsburgh, and I live there now. I can't root against the home team...except maybe the Pirates. :(

Caps need to step it up. Habs don't look like it's their first time on skates for a change.

Yes, lifelong fan. I was/am a big Mario Lemieux fan. He and Steve Yzerman were my two favorite players while growing up - so I guess I did have some love for Detroit at one time.

I cannot believe the Sabres were eliminated!

I loved working on the MA. Those were the good old days!

As much as I like upsets, I really don't want the Capitals to be eliminated. They need to get their act together! I also need to find a team to root for in the West. I was pulling for the Kings, but now I may have to root for the Canucks or the Blackhawks.

You know there's a bug in version 6? It stops you from starting the 'writing' quest that was introduced in v5. So I ended up playing the two versions seperately. It really confused me back in 2003 or whatever.

Don't really have anyone in the West I want to win.I just don't like Detroit (besids Datysuk) and the Canucks just ,well they really have no real spark or reason for me to like them.AS for the Caps I think the Flyers have a better chance against them then the Croskins.

Philly won't be playing Pittsburgh next round regardless. Washington win means Flyers face the Caps, Montreal win means Flyers face the Bruins.

I know I am just saying Flyers have struggled against the Pens the past two years and I am happy they don't have t play them early like last year.

Halak deserves a freakin medal for that game. But as always I can find complaints, where was the rest of Montreal that game, sure they got more goals, but they were letting 50something shots on goal, while only getting what, 20something? That said it IS washington, but man...
