LETS GO BRUINS!2-0 on the Flyers surprisingly.

yyeeeeeaaah GO GO BLACK AND GOLD!!

 Haven't really watched the game since I have a paper to type but from what I have seen the D of the Bruins has smothered the Flyers offense.

I feel like Lucic and Shelly might go at it eventually. They've been in each others face twice now.

Tim Thomas is doing a CRAZY job and has had numerous great saves this game.

Thomas annoys me in a way that only goalies can when he starts flopping around and making BS saves.

Hopefully L.A. can pull it together against Florida tomorrow, because if they can't, well... somethings wrong.

Ewww, L.A. picks up Sturm? Eh, I know they have tons of cap-space but they need someone to play wing with Kopitar, and Sturm's ability along with his apparent injury-prone body I don't think has what it takes though. Decent pick up at best I suppose.

Losing to Florida right now hurts though.

Lucic had a good wrap around shot on Ryan Miller on the Sabres yesterday. Bruins one 3-2 in OT after Dennis Siedenburg (Sorry If I butchered that lol) got a goal in that went in to review.

Gunna watch the Sharks, Flyers game thats sure to be a good one.

More like [censored],you don't blow a 4-1 lead like that.

Hell of a win against the B's tonight.Poor Timmy couldn't flop around on that last shot.

Haha! I had a feeling it would be the Flyers who ended their streak. What a good game! I hated the outcome, but a good game nevertheless.

So another win and off of short rest.I honestly hate the Habs, they remind me of the Devils of old.they realize they have no real scoring threat so the just sit back on Carey Price until they get an easy goal.

Tell me about it and I gotta watch 60 minutes of that [censored] tomorrow.

Ugly game by the Bruins, some [censored] penalties but what can you do? Nice to see Kaleta get his head slammed into the ground by I think Ferrance and for Chara to go ape [censored] at the end after Ryan Miller shoved him for no reason.

Ugh, my Kings are inconsistent. I hate that more than if they just lost consistently to be honest. I'm curious to see how Sturm will fit into the line-up whenever he dresses. Quick making 51 saves was impressive though and I hope it foreshadows things to come for him.

So I'm curious, does anyone else in this thread play or has played hockey before?

 My team ran a trap-like system like that my last year. Other teams had about the same reaction as you Miller.

Unfortunately no, when I was little or younger the hockey and baseball leagues played at the same time. At that time I loved baseball and played it almost year round in some sort of league. When I got older and started to like hockey more it was too late for me to join any of the leagues in our town.My high school had a club but not an actual team,so yeah I have never played organized hockey. Now I have played a decent amount of street hockey with my friends but never anything to complicated.

Well it's nice to see at least some street hockey going around.

Does anyone else think Subban should drop the gloves or gtfo? Seriously, if he is gonna be pulling slew-footing stuff like that and then back down from a fight, he needs to gtfo. He needs a good tuning from someone to put him in his place. Who should get the honors? :D

Yeah, Krejci and Camalleri (probably butchered both of those names :P ) was a surprise. I wouldn't mind seeing Chara vs Subban. Chara doesn't fight much but when he does I find it comical to see him toss guys around with his freakishly long arms.

Yea I thought it was funny during the FLyers games the Habs fans were chanting PK.Then he makes a turn over ten minute later that leads to a buety of a goal for Giroux.

Yea and for the most part when Chara fights he just slams the guy into the ground although I've seen a fight or two where he's thrown some good punches.

Gotta admit though Subban got that HUGE hit on Marchand (<--Probably not even close to how you spell it). It's pretty dumb how teams now a days go "Oh you got a huge, solid, clean, hit on my teamate? Fight me!"

That would be hilarious. Or Chara vs Brian Gionta

I don't think Chara tries to throw them down. He hits hard when his fists make contact but with the slightest motion while he's grappling the other guy he pushes him to the ground.

The B's need to step up their game. Playing like a bunch of zombies out there except Tim the Tank.

What PK has to learn is that he's not Bobby Orr and he never will be. He holds onto the puck way to long in his own end and tried to skate with it way to often, which is good but the thing is he isn't good enough to do so at this level of hockey. Maybe he could do it in the minors, but end to ends aren't gonna happen too often for him in the 'Chell.

Agreed. Did anyone see when Chara flipped out because Miller gave him an extra shove? I got a kick outta that :P.
