Nibian Culture

Doing some more research, this time for a character and was wondering about Nibian Culture. From what little I can find, the oldest nobles of the Nibany can trace back lineage to Tsaesci and in fact take pride in such trait, though does anyone guess how those said traits manifest themselves? Does anyone think it would show, say, physically or namesake?

It would also seem that (from the Lore talk in the UESP) that their armor and weapons are Akiviri in design and their culture is heavily influenced by them, so does the Nibian would have a more Akiviri (I hate to say Asian but thats the best way I could really link it) feel to it?

They're really religious. You're not Nibenean unless you're part of at least one cult. They have the "itch" to write everything down. Some have Tsaesci surnames. They generally are not involved in military service, they leave that to Colovians. Very cosmopolitan. Strongly tied to the land. The Niben holds great importance for them.
