Inside of meshes attached to nitristrips and nitrishapes you will find BSShaderPPLightingProperty blocks. Attached to these blocks are BSShaderTextureSet blocks. If you select a BSShaderTextureSet then in the block details window you will see (once you expand the basic texture block) six slots for six different types of textures.
The first is for the color map. The second is for the normal map. The rest are optional and are for things like environment maps, diffuse maps, specular maps, glow maps, etc. You can get a break down in Artisen's tutorial which is stickied in the GECK forum.
And PLEASE don't post random stuff here that doesn't have anything to do with the game. This is a forum for hardware and software issues with the game, not with the geck, even more not with third party utilities like nifskope that aren't even created by bethesda. Post geck, nifskope, and any other questions that deal with the creation of modded content in the GECK forum or some other appropriate place. Post problems about crashes due to mod conflicts in the mods forum. And post issues with running the vanilla game in this forum.
