White = General Info
Green = Idea
Blue = Agreement/Understanding
Yellow = Apology/Error/Miscommunication
Okay, I have read all the pages that I missed in the entire ONE DAY THAT I WAS NOT GONE. I am both impressed and frustrated in how many ideas can be made and set in stone in 24 hours, but I have a list of comments that I suggest everyone should read, hence the color-codedness. I'll try to keep up with the color coding if I can remember. If anyone objects to it, just speak up.
I am the one who made the mutated zombie. At the time I was feeling innovative and wanted something to amp things up, because I could feel that this RP could evolve into a "cake-walk" if we had the cut and dry standard ghoul/zombies. Also, I didn't know that the RP leaders had so much control of how much we did and where the overall RP was going (I thought it was more of an open world, do as you wish on a whim kinda thing). I apologize, and in the future I will use the protocol.
Also, I did see logic in the spread of the FEV, and also the mutation, since it is a Forced Evolutionary Virus. I was also trying to jump on the new nightfall as the mixture of the moonlight and sunlight triggered a reaction from the virus. As far as the leech, Reidster, it as a good save for me on your part, but in his justification, we'll just say that a worm was present at the time the FEV was exposed.
Lastly, Francois, I think 400+ Zed's is a little steep, don't you? I mean, if it started at the marketplace, I'll call that a good 75 people outdoors. A couple get bitten, it could spread to a solid 250 by the time we all entered my house. Speaking of that, are we all still at my house?
Good job with the weaknesses, it helps me visualize how things could play out in the future, and keep in mind that these creatures are constantly adapting the world, learning new things in a sense. To help you understand, think about Land of The Dead, where the zombies "taught themselves" to swim over the course of the movie. If thats='s okay with you ll I mean.
I do like how you are assigning rolls, but I'm not sure if I prefer that over natural grouping. Of course there is the issue if we all would be organized enough to even do that naturally, but in any case, could anyone clarify who had been assigned what? I know Josh is assigned Doctor, and Fran. Is there a leader? Or a scavenger. Based off the way my character is at this moment, and off of what skills I have, I could either so Leader or scavenger. It's up to you which you would want me to fill in for. My primary is scavenger IF, no leader has bee assigned.
Oh yes, and it is imperative that we treat this as we would in a real life situation. We are not gods, and I have tried to stay on the straight and narrow in that affront.
Oh, and welcome Aussie! I don't believe I've done an RP with you, well maybe one back when I first joined the forums. Either way, good to have another vet on board.
