So far as i know, there are 2 types of Rifle scope video degredation over time issues. Night Scope & Recon Scope. I have had both in different games by constantly using one type of scope. There are 2 ingame "~" commands to fix each one: Night Scope glitch where everything is black, but u can still see your compass and target reticle; use ~ rimod 00094636. Recon Scope glitch where your game screen fades to monochrome... fix; ~ rimod 002041B6
