Breton or Altmer Vampire Nightblade

Sneak (all, stab perks first)
Illusion (all, hypnotic gaze is a priority)
Conjuration (All)
Alteration (stability, novice through expert mastery perks)
Restoration (a lot of perks here)
One-Handed (armsman only)

Alchemy, Light Armor, Lockpick (no/few perks)
Dagger in the one hand, spell in the other

Blessed by The Lover

Does this look alright?

Sounds a bit like my character, though she didn't use archery, alteration, or illusion. She picked up a shield for the left-hand, because they actually switch properly & easily with hotkeys. With high sneak and a weapon skill, destruction is..probably unnecessary.
Spoiler
Festus Krex is rolling over in his grave at this :P
Conjuration is great backup, and even though I didn't bring along Illusion, I can say that it is also a great backup skill. One out of the two is enough, but you can do whatever you like. I just think the perk-points may be spread a bit too thin with your current setup.

Yeah replace it with destruction or restoration. Or both, restoration is a huge one.

Illusion and sneak are a must. One handed is also a great choice alteration maybe, alchemy is another great choice for the poisons. Then light armor or no armor if you want the armor shields in alteration.

The only magic you'll need with a stealthy character is illusion; potions can be found, bought and mad without perks that will keep you alive, so restoration is unnecessary.

GUYS!

I say pick skills you KNOW you need, then figure it out as you go along. I use conjuration, illusion, destro, alt, 1h, sneak and enchanting and I love it. I never thought I'd use enchanting or conjuration but now I love them. We shouldn't tell you EXACTLY how to play your char but give a few tips. If we designed it for you, it wouldnt be much fun for you.

I'll start you out:
1h
Sneak
Illusion

Now just play and find the skills you like and mostly use. It could be anything from alchemy to alteration. Just experiment, that's how most of us have had so much success and fun with our characters.

Enjoy!!
